How the Process Works
Begin the process by reserving the mattress through the Second Slumber website. Afterwards, our team will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time.
At your scheduled pick-up time, the mattress will be plastic-wrapped and ready for transportation. Every mattress is checked by the Second Slumber team and the original retailer through photos and descriptions to ensure “like-new condition”. At pick up, we ask that you give the mattress a quick inspection to ensure it's exactly as advertised. In the rare instance the mattress is not in “like-new-condition", please leave it behind and contact a member of our team.
Weekend pick-ups will be followed up on the following Monday.
How about Delivery?
We do not provide delivery services at this time but can connect you to a local provider. Estimated budget for pick up and drop off ranges from $150-$200 depending on travel time and region.
